About us

Who we are

Trusted orthotic and prosthetic care in Centurion — built around a simple belief: getting the right treatment should improve your life, not complicate it.

Rehab Orthotics and Prosthetics was founded on a simple belief: getting the right treatment shouldn't be complicated, intimidating, or impersonal. We take the time to understand what matters most to you — your condition, your lifestyle, and what "quality of life" actually means in your day-to-day.

We know that an orthosis or prosthesis isn't just a device — it's how you get your independence back. That's why every recommendation we make starts with your goals, not a standard template: whether that's returning to work, staying active with family, or simply moving through your day with less pain.

Our focus, above all, is you. We measure success not by the device we've built, but by what you're able to do again because of it.

Fathima Noor Mahomed

Lead Prosthetist and Orthotist

I'm the lead orthotist and prosthetist at Rehab Orthotics and Prosthetics. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Medical Orthotics and Prosthetics from Durban University of Technology, and I'm registered with the HPCSA and SAOPA. I've spent the last four years in private practice, and I enjoy every part of my scope of work. I have a special passion for cranial helmets and paediatric orthotics and prosthetics. I'm Starband certified and ABC breast care trained, and I'm always looking to expand my knowledge so that my patients benefit from the best care available. I went into this field to help people, and I started this practice to give every patient the time, attention, and care they deserve. I want you to feel heard and understood, and to trust that we will succeed together. My passion is giving every patient the best possible quality of life.
